The courses offered by the IMS are primarily aimed at students in the fields of electrical engineering and information technology, computer engineering, computer science, mechatronics, biomedical engineering, energy engineering and nanotechnology. However, the content offered is also of interest to students from other departments in order to acquire knowledge in the field of microelectronics.
The range of courses consists of lectures, exercises, laboratories, seminars and project work. Selected events are recorded on video and made available under Stud.IP. Numerous offers for study and diploma theses, bachelor and master theses complete the offer.
